The Azerbaijan Culture Days held in Kyrgyzstan serve as a testament to the strong and friendly relations between the two nations, stated Kyrgyzstan's Minister of Culture, Information, Sports and Youth Policy, Mirbek Mambetaliev, during the event's opening ceremony at the National Philharmonic, Report informs.
The minister highlighted the importance of such initiatives, recalling the Kyrgyzstan Culture Days held in Baku last year: "Holding Culture Days is important for peoples to get to know each other more closely," he noted.
Mambetaliev also expressed his confidence that the cultural-humanitarian proximity between Kyrgyzstan and Azerbaijan will continue to grow and develop.
Additionally, he also talked about Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov's visit to Baku in April last year.
