Deputy Minister: Azerbaijan praises ICESCO's experience in post-conflict reconstruction

Azerbaijan praises ICESCO's experience in post-conflict reconstruction, Deputy Minister of Culture, Farid Jafarov, said at the closing ceremony of the "Shusha - Cultural Capital of the Islamic World" for 2024, Report informs.

According to Jafarov, the partnership with ICESCO gives Azerbaijan confidence and resources to effectively preserve and revive its cultural heritage for future generations:

"Our cooperation with ICESCO covers sustainable, long-term initiatives rather than just individual events. The establishment of ICESCO's regional office in Baku is an important step for advancing the organization's goals in our region. With the successful conclusion of 'Shusha-2024', we reaffirm our determination to further strengthen our ties of friendship and cultural exchange."
