Georgia's exports of textile products to Azerbaijan hit 15-year record

In 2023, Georgia exported textiles and textile products worth $19.6 million to Azerbaijan, Report informs, citing the National Statistical Office of Georgia.
This is a record indicator for the last 15 years, but it is also 38% higher than in 2022.
Thus, Azerbaijan ranks third among the countries to which Georgia exports textiles and textile products.
During the reporting period, Georgia sold the product to foreign countries for $231 million, which is 3.7% less than a year ago. In particular, supplies were made from Georgia to Türkiye worth $120.4 million, Armenia worth $43 million, Poland worth $11.2 million, and Italy worth $7.8 million.
