Azerbaijan resumes ice cream imports from three countries

In January-September 2023, Azerbaijan imported 1,336 tons (12% more year-on-year) of ice cream for $7.32 million (17% more YoY), Report informs, citing the country’s State Statistics Committee.
Azerbaijan imported 624 tons (+3%) of ice cream from Türkiye for $4.3 million (+17%), 398 tons (+11%) from Russia for $1.7 million ( +4.1%), 147 tons (+3.8 times) from Belarus for $540,700 (+3.4 times), 92 tons (-20%) from Ukraine for $344,000 (-20%), 34.1 tons (+2.4 times) from Kazakhstan for $162,140 (+2.6 times).
Azerbaijan resumed supplies of ice cream from the UK (0.53 tons for $7,00) after a break of 2 years 1 month, Hungary (0.01 tons for $50) after a break of 1 year 11 months and Iran (0.05 tons for $60) after a break of 1 year 5 months.
