Azerbaijan expands hazelnut exports to one more country

Between January and May of this year, Azerbaijan exported 9,425 tons of hazelnuts worth $65.2 million.

Report informs, citing the State Statistics Committee, that this marks an increase of 22% in volume and 37% in value compared to the same period in 2024.

During the reporting period, Azerbaijan exported hazelnuts to Russia, Germany, Türkiye, Italy, Switzerland, and other countries.

For the first time in 14 years, shipments were made to Bulgaria—22 tons worth $189,200.
