Azerbaijan resumes supplying hazelnuts to four countries 

Azerbaijan exported 15,241 tons of hazelnuts (shelled and unshelled) worth $83.241 million in January-October 2022, respectively, up 17.1% and 7.6% from the previous year, Report informs, citing the State Statistical Committee.

Below is the list of countries that imported hazelnuts from Azerbaijan in the reporting period:

- Russia – 7,667 tons (+16%) worth $38,567 million (+0.6%);
- Italy – 3,969 tons (+34%) worth $24.623 million (+31%);
- Germany – 2,212 tons (+22%) worth $13.57 million (+11%);
- Kazakhstan – 799.11 tons (-16%) worth $2.038 million (-3.4%);
- Uzbekistan – 523.48 tons (+2.1 times) worth $1.257 million (+2.2 times).

Azerbaijan supplied 21 tons of hazelnuts worth $107,000 to Turkiye after 7 years and 2 months, 150 kg worth $830 to Qatar after 6 years and 3 months, 50 kg worth $340 to Great Britain after 5 years and 3 months, and 60 kg worth $240 to Iraq after 3 years.
