Azerbaijan resumes export of hazelnuts to 4 countries

In 2023, Azerbaijan exported 23,397 tons of hazelnuts worth $123 million, Report informs referring to the State Statistics Committee.
This is 11% more than the 2022 figure in value terms and 7% more in quantitative terms.
During the reporting period, Azerbaijan exported hazelnuts to Russia, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Türkiye and other countries.
After nine years and two months, Azerbaijan resumed supplies of hazelnuts to Israel (20 tons worth $110,000), after eight years and six months to Belgium (22 tons worth $143,000), after three years and a month to Estonia (22 tons worth $114,400), and after two years and a month to Ukraine (33 tons worth $171,400).
