Winning team at FIFA World Cup to get tons of beer

The US company Budweiser will give 75 million euros worth of beer to the winning country at the FIFA World Cup in Qatar, Report informs, citing the company.

The decision was taken after the sale of beer was banned in stadiums in Qatar.

Budweiser decided to give tons of beer that was supposed to be sold at the stadiums to the winning team.

The FIFA World Cup 2022 will end on December 18. FIFA has recently announced that Qatar would not allow beer sales in stadiums.
