Statement: Visa-free agreement to boost Azerbaijan-China ties

The signing of an agreement between Azerbaijan and China on the mutual abolition of visas for holders of ordinary passports will become an impetus for the intensification of relations and cooperation in all areas, reads a joint statement by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Chinese President Xi Jinping following the talks on April 23, Report informs.
"The Parties affirmed their readiness to facilitate greater people-to-people exchanges and welcome the conclusion and signing of the intergovernmental Agreement on mutual exemption of visas for holders of ordinary passports, which will serve as an impetus for enhancing contacts and cooperation across all fields."
