Scientific and practical conference on tourism underway in Azerbaijan's Aghdam

A scientific and practical conference on the "Restoration and development of tourism in the territories liberated from occupation" is being held in the city of Aghdam.

Report informs that the conference was organized by the State Tourism Agency.

It will discuss the tourism potential of Karabakh and Eastern Zangazur, methods for the effective use of available resources, and proposals for the accelerated development of the tourism sector. The event is attended by representatives of government agencies and the tourism industry, investors, as well as students studying tourism.

As a sign of respect for the memory of the martyrs, the conference participants visited the Memorial Complex in Aghdam and laid flowers at it.
