Philippines approve entry permit for vaccinated tourists

The Philippine authorities have approved an entry permit for tourists vaccinated against COVID, Report informs with reference to RIA Novosti.
“At the request of the Department of Tourism, the COVID-19 Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID) has generally approved entry for fully vaccinated tourists from Green List countries,” reads the message.
The proposal to open leisure travel to those coming from “green” countries was based on strict conditions. Only foreign tourists fully vaccinated against COVID-19 with jabs recognized by the country’s Food and Drug Administration under an emergency use authorization (EUA) would be allowed to enter the Philippines for tourism.
