About 600 thousand Azerbaijani citizens visit Georgia from 2015

Baku. 4 July. REPORT.AZ/ From January to June of this year, Georgia was visited by 580,878 Azerbaijani citizens, which is more by 8.5% than in the previous year. 

Report informs referring to the statistics on crossing of the state border of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia.

In general, during this period Georgia was visited by 2,332,303 foreign citizens, the greatest number of visitors came to Georgia from neighboring countries. This list is again led by Turkish citizens (605,153 visits), in second place - citizens of Azerbaijan (580 878); the third - citizens of Armenia (543,810), the fourth - citizens of Russia (342 416).
