Azerbaijan’s tourism potential promoted at MICE4U event

The business tourism potential of Azerbaijan was promoted at the MICE4U event held in Moscow Wednesday with the participation of the Azerbaijan Tourism Board under the State Tourism Agency, Report informs.

The main purpose of participation in the event is to demonstrate Azerbaijan's current opportunities as a leading business events destination at the global level, to identify potential events and partners, and to expand promotional activities.

In the B2B format meetings held with leading specialists and agencies in the field of business tourism of Russia, information was provided about the existing infrastructure for organizing business events in Azerbaijan and the tourism potential of the country as a whole.

In January-August 2024, 501,417 people visited Azerbaijan from Russia, which means an increase of more than 18% compared to the same period last year.
