Azerbaijan’s Shaki to host Terra Madre food festival

Azerbaijan’s Shaki city will host a local version of the Terra Madre food festival by the Slow Food international organization, Report informs.

The State Tourism Agency of Azerbaijan has begun preparations for this event.

The festival is planned to be held in an area of 3,000 square meters, accommodating 5,000 people.

During the event, guests from Baku, as well as from Shamakhi, Ismayilli, Lankaran, Gabala and Gakh districts, and the East Zangezur economic region will be brought to Shaki and returned after the event concludes.
