Azerbaijan and Cambodia sign memorandum of understanding in tourism

The State Tourism Agency of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Tourism of Cambodia have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) in the field of tourism.
According to Report, citing Cambodian media, the document was signed during a visit by an Azerbaijani government delegation to Phnom Penh, headed by Deputy Foreign Minister Elnur Mammadov.
The memorandum aims to expand tourism cooperation between the two countries.
"Azerbaijan is interested in cooperating and exchanging experience with Cambodia in the field of tourism. At the same time, we want to encourage an increase in mutual tourist flows," Mammadov told local journalists while commenting on the memorandum.
He noted that the memorandum of understanding will help establish close cooperation between Azerbaijan’s State Tourism Agency and Cambodia’s Ministry of Tourism, with the support of Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
