AZAL to resume Baku-Samarkand flights in April

Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL) will resume direct flights between Baku (Azerbaijan) and Samarkand (Uzbekistan) from April 1, 2025, Report informs via Uzbek media.

Flights will be operated twice a week - on Wednesdays and Sundays.

Departure from Samarkand is at 2:55 AM local time. The flight duration will be 2 hours and 20 minutes.

This opens new opportunities for travelers departing from Samarkand and adds another destination to the network of international flights from Heydar Aliyev Airport in Baku, which is already connected to more than 75 destinations.
