165 child marriages registered in Azerbaijan

Last year, 165 marriages of girls under the age of 15 were registered by the executive authorities in Azerbaijan, Report informs, citing the Executive Body for Gender Equality.
In 2020, the number of children born to mothers under 18 was 1,917, while this figure was 2,320 in 2019.
