Russia's Grand Mufti: Azerbaijan's Victory Day - triumph of truth and justice

Azerbaijan's Victory Day, celebrated on November 8, is a triumph of truth and justice, Russia's Grand Mufti Ravil Gaynutdin stated at the Global Summit of Religious Leaders in Baku today, Report informs.

"November 8 not only symbolizes the victory of truth and justice, the end of occupation, and Armenia's recognition of Karabakh as Azerbaijan's sovereign territory but also the restoration of religious sites," he noted.

Gaynutdin congratulated the Azerbaijani government and people on the upcoming holiday. "I pray to Almighty Allah for the development and prosperity of brotherly Azerbaijan," he emphasized.
