Russia had been aware of the preparations for the terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall in Moscow at least since February 15, 2024, Defense Intelligence of Ukraine chief Kyrylo Budanov said at the 3rd International Strategic Communications Forum, Report informs.

According to him, the information about the expected terrorist attack ‘passed through the intelligence department of the group in Syria, and from there it went to Moscow.

"Let them not tell stories about how all this came out of nothing,” he noted.
