Turkiye appreciates the removal of restrictions on the supply of F-16 by the United States, Report informs, citing Haberturk.
The official representative of the President of Turkiye, Ibrahim Kalin, called it a positive moment that the US Senate removed the restrictions in the draft law on the supply of F-16 fighter jets to Ankara.
Kalin expressed his hope that the same decision will be made in the House of Representatives.
The Turkish side has guaranteed that the fighters will not be used to invade Greek airspace.
