Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan met with Josep Borrell, the High Representative of the European Union (EU) for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy during the 162nd Council of Foreign Ministers of the Arab League in Cairo, Egypt, Report informs with the reference to Türkiye’s Foreign Ministry.
