Turkish, Chinese FMs meet in Beijing

The topics discussed at the meeting between Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu and his Chinese counterpart Wang Yi have been revealed, Report informs, citing the Turkish Foreign Minister’s Twitter.

“We discussed opportunities for economic cooperation. We exchanged views on the issues on the agenda, especially the Uyghurs, and conveyed our expectations and sensitivity,” the minister said.

Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu met with Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi in Beijing, Report informs via the Sabah newspaper.

The ministers first held one-on-one talks.

Then the meeting was continued with the participation of delegations.
