Turkish, Armenian special envoys hold meeting

The Turkish and Armenian special envoys Serdar Kilic and Ruben Rubinyan met in Vienna, Austria,
According to Report, the sides discussed concrete steps to normalize relations between the two countries.
In the second round of talks, Kilic and Rubinyan confirmed that the ultimate goal, as stated at the first meeting in Moscow, is a full-fledged settlement between Armenia and Turkey.
The process will be carried out without preconditions.
In protest of the occupation of Azerbaijani lands, Turkey has closed its borders with Armenia since 1993 and cut all ties with Armenia. After the Second Karabakh War, steps were taken to normalize relations between Ankara and Yerevan.
