Turkish Airlines cancels flights to Pakistan through May 9

Turkish Airlines has suspended all flights to and from Pakistan on May 8 and 9 due to the current situation in the region, according to Report.
"Due to political instability in Asia, our flights to Islamabad and Lahore on Thursday, May 8, and Friday, May 9, have been cancelled," the statement reads.
As a result, six round-trip flights between Istanbul and the cities of Islamabad and Lahore will not be operated.
The airline also announced that tickets purchased for these dates prior to May 7 can be refunded or rebooked for a later date without any additional charges.
