Three killed, 17 minors wounded as Russian military shell kindergarten in Ukraine

Russian Armed Forces have shelled a kindergarten in Ukraine's Okhtyrka, killing three.
Report informs, citing UNIAN, that seventeen minors were wounded, according to Ukrainian MP Fedir Venislavskyi.
Three of the wounded children are in critical condition.
