Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan discuss progress on border demarcation

Tajikistan President Emomali Rahmon and Kyrgyzstan President Sadyr Japarov held a working meeting in Cholpon-Ata to discuss progress in the demarcation of the state border between the two countries, Report cites Tajikistan presidential press service.
The heads of state reviewed key items on the bilateral agenda and reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening friendship, good-neighborly relations, and cooperation.
During the meeting, they assessed the outcomes of recent reciprocal high-level visits, discussed prospects for expanding trade and economic cooperation, and addressed other areas of mutual activity.
Additionally, the presidents exchanged views on current regional and international issues.
