Strong earthquake recorded in Kyrgyzstan

An earthquake of magnitude 6.2 occurred south of Lake Issyk-Kul in Kyrgyzstan, Report informs, citing the Seismological Experimental and Methodological Expedition of the Emergency Situations Ministry of Kyrgyzstan.
The epicenter of the earthquake was located 122 km south of the Kazakh city of Almaty, and the depth was 10 km.
The tremors, recorded at 01:30 (GMT +4), were felt in Almaty with a force of magnitude 2-3.
There were no reports of casualties or destruction.
