Shoigu claims Ukraine’s military resources exhausted 

"Ukraine’s military resources have practically been exhausted," Russian Minister of Defense, Sergei Shoigu, said at the XI Moscow Conference on International Security, Report informs, citing TASS.

“Despite the support from the West, the Armed Forces of Ukraine cannot achieve results. Combat operations show that Ukraine's military capabilities have been exhausted," Shoigu said.
