Session of CIS IPA commissions on political issues underway in Bishkek

A meeting of the commissions on political issues and international cooperation is taking place in Bishkek within the session of the Interparliamentary Assembly of the CIS countries, Report informs referring to Kyrgyz media.

Chairman of the Standing Commission of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of Belarus on International Affairs and National Security Sergei Rachkov noted that rivals, and sometimes opponents, are trying to separate the countries that are part of the CIS.

He noted that this is why it is important to strengthen ties between states.
