"Russia must withdraw its peacekeeping troops and weapons from Transnistria," Moldovan President Maia Sandu said at a press conference on November 30.
"Operative troops of the Russian Federation have been deployed in Transnistria without the Moldovan side's consent. Therefore, the position of our state is that those troops and weapons must be removed from our territory," she noted.
Report informs, citing TASS, that according to her, Russian peacekeepers in Transnistria should be replaced by civilians under the OSCE flag.
