Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations: Almost 1,000 people evacuated due to bad weather

The Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations has reported the evacuation of 995 people as a result of bad weather, 179 of whom were children, Report informs referring to TASS.

“As many as 91 people were accommodated in five temporary accommodation centers, including 14 children, the rest went to relatives and friends,” the ministry noted.

The work continues to restore damaged roofs of buildings and energy supplies in six regions on the territory of 57 municipalities in 511 settlements.
