Russia and Ukraine have carried out a large-scale prisoner exchange, each side repatriating 270 military personnel and 120 civilians, according to statements from the Russian Ministry of Defense.
Report informs via Russian media that the Russian returnees have been transported to Belarus, where they are currently located.
