Putin: Russia has no preconditions for talks with Ukraine

Russia is ready to engage in dialogue regarding Ukraine without preconditions, but based on the Istanbul agreements, Russian President Vladimir Putin said during his year-end conference, Report informs via Russian media.
"Russia is ready to sign peace documents only with legitimate Ukrainian authorities. We will talk with anyone in Ukraine after the presidential elections, including Zelenskyy," he stated.
