Putin, Erdogan speak on the phone

Russian and Turkish Presidents Vladimir Putin and Recep Tayyip Erdogan had a telephone conversation, Report informs, citing TASS.
The development of Turkish-Russian relations was discussed during the talks.
The leaders also exchanged views on the situation in Syria, Libya and Ukraine.
