Putin: Difficult to discuss negotiations while Ukraine maintains ban

It is difficult to seriously discuss negotiations while Ukraine maintains a ban on them, Russian President Vladimir Putin said, Report informs via Russian media.

According to him, the West should force Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to lift the ban on negotiations.

"Some preliminary outlines can be made, of course, but it's quite difficult to talk about any serious negotiations under conditions where there's a ban from the Ukrainian side on conducting these negotiations," he noted.
