Putin, Berdimuhamedow to meet in Moscow

Russian President Vladimir Putin will hold his first meeting with his Turkmen counterpart Serdar Berdimuhamedow, shortly.

Report informs that Putin previously signed a decree to award Berdimuhamedow with an Order of Friendship.

The decree notes that the Turkmen leader is awarded for contribution to strengthening the strategic partnership between Russia and Turkmenistan.
