President of Uzbekistan concludes his UAE trip by visiting Mecca

Having completed a two-day state visit to Saudi Arabia, the President of Uzbekistan returned to Tashkent. Shavkat Mirziyoyev visited the holy city of Mecca and performed the rituals of Umra, the press service of the head of state said.
Report informs citing Sputnik-Uzbekistan that before entering the Al-Haram Mosque, the head of the republic read namaz and cited the talbiya prayer. The president also visited the sacred Kaaba, inside which he read namaz.
This is the first visit of the President to this country in the last 30 years.
