Preliminary investigation into seizure of Armenian state agencies concluded

The Investigative Committee of Armenia has concluded the preliminary investigation into the criminal group that was exposed in November of 2023, plotting murder and attempting to take over state institutions, Report informs via Sputnik Armenia.

The criminal group planned to disrupt the work of the state apparatus by carrying out terrorist acts. They disagreed with the foreign policy of the country's leadership. To implement their plans, the group members obtained the necessary materials. According to security forces, the operation was codenamed “North abscission”.

Reportedly, there were five people who performed the main activities. The papers about them were submitted to the prosecutor's office for approval along with the indictment.
