Iran is against the development of nuclear weapons, and those who are "in favor" of this have no place in Iranian politics, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian said, Report informs referring to TASS.
"The clear position of the state, which the Supreme Leader [Ayatollah Ali Khamenei] has repeatedly indicated, is the refusal to possess [nuclear weapons] and the absence of a desire to develop nuclear weapons. Anyone who takes a position contrary to this clear position has no place in the formation of the policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran," the Iranian president noted.
