Pashinyan won't attend CIS summit in Bishkek

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, during a telephone conversation with President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov, said that he would not be able to take part in the meeting of the CIS Council of Heads of State, the press service of the Kyrgyz leader said, Report informs via Interfax.
"President Sadyr Japarov had a telephone conversation with Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan," the statement said.
During the conversation, Pashinyan said with regret that due to a number of circumstances he would not be able to take part in the meeting of the CIS Council of State Duma.
