Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said that he will personally initiate changes to the country's basic law if the Constitutional Court does not approve the peace agreement with Azerbaijan, Report informs via Armenian media.
He was speaking during the Yerevan Dialogue international forum.
"We must send the agreement to the Constitutional Court. There is no choice.
