Pashinyan says peace established between Azerbaijan, Armenia

Armenia has never been safer than it is today, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said at the international conference "Comprehensive Security and Resilience 2025," Report informs referring to Armenian media.

"Today, Armenia is independent as never before, sovereign as never before, a state as never before, and safer than ever," he said.

He noted that peace has been established between Armenia and Azerbaijan, and today the task is to make decisions that will ensure security not only for the present moment, but also for a century.

"Even peace that has existed for 50 years needs institutionalization, because if you do not engage in institutionalization of the peace, the peace will deinstitutionalize, that is, disintegrate. Today we may be considered traitors, but as a result of our actions, Armenia will preserve its statehood in 100, 150 years," Pashinyan added.
