Overchuk: Unblocking communications between Armenia, Azerbaijan possible within November 9 agreement

Unblocking communications between Armenia and Azerbaijan is possible within the agreements of November 2020, said Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Alexey Overchuk, who is currently in Armenia, Report informs.
"I would like to say that unblocking is possible as part of the agreements reached by the leaders of the three states [Azerbaijan, Russia and Armenia] and which were reflected in the joint statement dated November 9, 2020. As you know, Russia is always ready to join this process and is ready to help here, based on the principles of sovereignty, territorial integrity and jurisdiction of Armenia," Overchuk said at a briefing on September 14.
