New commander-in-chief appointed to Russian Navy

Admiral Alexander Moiseyev has been appointed as the new Commander-in-Chief of the Russian Navy, the Minister of Defense of Russia, Sergei Shoigu, said, Report informs with reference to TASS.
The minister also stated that Vice-Admiral Konstantin Kabantsov was appointed as the commander of the Northern Fleet and Vice-Admiral Sergei Pinchuk as the commander of the Black Sea Fleet.
