Minister of Ecuadorian Embassy found dead in Moscow

The Plenipotentiary Minister of the Ecuadorian Embassy in Russia, Jorge Patricio Palacios Porras, was found dead in an apartment in the center of Moscow, Report informs via Russian media.
According to preliminary data, the diplomat died due to heart failure.
Porras also served at various times as Ecuador's charge d'affaires. The 53-year-old diplomat had not been in touch since the evening of October 10, so his colleagues came to see him and found his body in the apartment.
A pre-investigation check is being carried out.
