Military commissar wounded in attack on enlistment office in Russia

A military commissar was wounded in an armed attack on the military enlistment office in Ust-Ilimsk, Irkutsk region of Russia, Report informs via Russian media.
Ruslan Zini, who is suspected of wounding military commissioner Aleksandr Eliseev, has been detained, Irkutsk governor Igor Kobzev said.
He said Eliseev was rushed to the intensive care unit in a grave condition. Doctors are struggling to save his life.
Kobzev called the incident "an emergency."
"I instructed to strengthen security measures. I ask everyone to remain calm," the governor added.
