"An agreement must be reached on the establishment of a joint border commission and a peace agreement proposed by Azerbaijan. My brother Jeyhun Bayramov has informed us to this end. Discussions between Azerbaijani and Turkish Presidents Ilham Aliyev and Recep Tayyip Erdogan continue. We are supporting the process. What is the harm of holding a meeting in Turkey?
