Mevlut Cavusoglu: "Armenia must act more courageously"

"Confidence-building measures will be taken between Azerbaijan and Armenia," Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said, Report says.
"An agreement must be reached on the establishment of a joint border commission and a peace agreement proposed by Azerbaijan. My brother Jeyhun Bayramov has informed us to this end. Discussions between Azerbaijani and Turkish Presidents Ilham Aliyev and Recep Tayyip Erdogan continue. We are supporting the process. What is the harm of holding a meeting in Turkey? What is the need for a third country? They need to be more courageous," he said.
