Medvedev urges Russia to target ‘non-standard facilities’ in Ukraine

Moscow should target non-standard civil facilities for its retaliatory strikes in response to Kyiv’s attacks, Russian Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev said, Report informs.

"We also need to target non-standard facilities for our strikes, not just storage sites, energy hubs, and oil bases. There are other places where nobody would be expecting us and where strikes would have a widely felt impact," Medvedev added.
