Media: Fighter jets take to skies over Mashhad

Iranian fighter jets have been deployed over the city of Mashhad in the east of Iran.

According to Report, Iranian media are stating: "Iranian fighter jets are visible in the skies over Mashhad. No official sources have yet provided exact details about the reason for their appearance."

Additionally, "frightening sounds" are reported near Hamadan Air Base in the west of the country.
