Armenia does not always behave like a partner in relation to the CIS member states, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko said.
Report informs via BelTA that Lukashenko was speaking at the session of the Council of the CIS heads of state in a narrow format.
"Georgia left our association first, Ukraine is de facto not with us. There are big questions about Moldova. Unfortunately, Armenia does not always behave like a partner," he noted.
